Lift, transport and reposition drums without lifting a finger! The automatic jaws on this removable forklift Clamp let you grab, move and release a vertically standing 210L steel drum from the comfort of your driver's seat.
  • Easy attachment and removal; Clamp slides over forklift prongs and is held in place by hand-tightened T-bolts
  • Simply drive forklift forward with fingers aligned under rolling hoop of vertically standing drum; jaws automatically grab and lift drum as unit is raised and disengage when lowered into position
  • Clamp lifts underneath rolling hoop to maximise grip and safety; the heavier the drum, the tighter the hold
  • Durable epoxy finish withstands harsh industrial environments and helps prevent rusting
  • Bolts and locknuts let you adjust drum fingers to ensure they are parallel before use

  • The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER)
    Generally, the Regulations require that lifting equipment provided for use at work is strong and stable enough for the particular use and marked to indicate safe working loads; positioned and installed to minimise any risks; used safely, ie the work is planned, organised and performed by competent people; and subject to ongoing thorough examination and, where appropriate, inspection by competent people. Lifting equipment includes any equipment used at work for lifting or lowering loads, including attachments used for anchoring, fixing or supporting it. The Regulations cover a wide range of equipment including, cranes, fork-lift trucks, lifts, hoists, mobile elevating work platforms, and vehicle inspection platform hoists. The definition also includes lifting accessories such as chains, slings, eyebolts etc.
  • The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992
    The Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992 apply where loads are moved or supported by human effort at work. 'Manual handling operations' include lifting, putting down, pushing and carrying by one or more workers; and manipulating loads by indirect means such as levers or ropes. The regulations do not apply to using machinery controls or supporting tools in operation.
