Product Description
- For use on an open-head 55-gallon drum to provide fire-safe temporary storage of dry combustible waste material free of grease, oil, solvents, or other flammable liquids; FM approved
- Spring-loaded, rotary latch mechanism automatically closes cover after use to ensure safety; minimizes human error
- Latch shroud keeps fingers out of the "pinch zone" while acting as a handle to lift the lid
- Closed-cell polyethylene gasket and locking latch create an air-tight seal and prevent vapor release
- Chemical-resistant steel with powder-coat finish
- Easy to install or remove; lid can be released by undoing the latch trigger with a single finger
- Bright red color provides quick visual identification
